Christmas Delivery Schedule 2025 – Everything You Need to Know

As we head into an extremely busy festive period, we want to give you a clear and simple overview of how Christmas deliveries will work this year. Our priority is to ensure you get exactly what you need, on time, with zero surprises.

📅 Service Schedule

Until Friday 19th December

Normal service as usual.

🎁 Christmas Delivery Window (Pre-Order Only)

We will be delivering pre-orders only on the following dates:

  • Sunday 21st December – Special pre-order only

  • Monday 22nd December – Special pre-order only

  • Tuesday 23rd December – Special pre-order only

To keep everything moving smoothly, each venue will receive one delivery between the 21st–23rd December.

Your exact delivery day will be allocated based on routes and areas, and we’ll confirm it with you as soon as planning is complete.

🎄 Holiday Closures

  • 24th–28th December: No deliveries.
    Please ensure your pre-order covers you for this period.

  • 1st January: Closed.

🧊 Helpful Tip: Keep a Little Buffer

We recommend keeping a small amount of frozen stock on hand in case of:

  • unexpected spikes in demand
  • weather-related delays
  • logistical challenges

If you’d like any products supplied frozen in advance, let us know — we currently have some very economical frozen options available.

📝 What We Need From You

To guarantee your Christmas delivery:

  1. Send us your full stock requirements for 21st–28th December.

  2. Place your pre-order as early as possible — before Friday 12th December works best.

  3. Expect one delivery between the 21st–23rd, which we’ll confirm once routes are finalised.

  4. Please note:

    • Late or top-up orders may be possible depending on stock and route capacity.

    • Pre-orders will always be prioritised.
